    What processes need to be experienced in rubber roll coating processing
    Generally speaking, rubber roll coating processing refers to the rubber roll core provided by the customer. The rubber roll factory is responsible for coating and grinding the rubber roll core, and grinding the rubber roll into the required size, color and hardness according to the customer's requirements.
    The rubber roll coating process needs to go through the following processes:
    1. Cleaning rubber roller iron core: if it is a new rubber roller iron core, the oil stain on the surface of the iron core needs to be cleaned with cleaning agent; If it is an old rubber roller iron core, it is necessary to remove the rubber coating on the outer layer of the old rubber roller and clean the remaining rubber on the surface of the iron core with cleaning agent.
    2. Surface roughening treatment of industrial rubber roller iron core: roughen the surface of rubber roller iron core to increase the bonding area between rubber roller iron core surface and rubber coating.
    3. Sandblasting: sandblasting the coarsely treated rubber roller iron core. Sandblasting will select different properties of sand according to the material of rubber roller iron core. The purpose of sand blasting is to make the surface of the rubber roller coarser, and the glue will bond better with the iron core after coating.
    4. Rubber coating: the rubber roller core after the above treatment shall be coated according to the requirements of customers. Different rubber coating materials meet different requirements, such as good ink resistance of rubber coating, good wear and pressure resistance of polyurethane rubber coating and good high temperature resistance of silica gel coating.
    5. Rubber roller vulcanization: the rubber roller after rubber coating generally needs 10-15 hours of vulcanization time. After vulcanization, the rubber roller core and rubber coating will be closely bonded, and a rubber coated rubber roller will be formed.
    6. Cot polishing: Polish according to the size and shape required by customers. When some customers have high requirements for the surface of cots, they need to polish the mirror of Cots with NC grinder.
    After the above six processes, the rubber roll coating processing is completed.
