    n=30, m=3, average molecular weight 3550, hydroxyl value 25.0 (KOHmg/g) and -NCO, -COOH have high reactivity.


    Product description:

    It is a silicone oligomer with bishydroxy functional group, which has similar reactivity with polyol, copolymerization with -NCO and COOH, and is mainly used for synthesizing silicon modified polyurethane resin and emulsion, silicone modified polyester resin, etc. It can give the resin excellent hand feeling, improve wear resistance, prevent adhesion, antifouling and anti-graffiti.

    Instructions:

    Polyurethane resin and emulsion synthesis: added simultaneously with the polyol monomer or added in the latter stage of the synthesis;

    Copolymerization with MDI and TDI at 85 ° C

    Copolymerization with IPDI is recommended at around 110 °C

    Two-component PU or amino baking varnish: adding main resin and dispersing evenly


    Packaging, storage and transportation:

    1. Packed in 25 kg plastic drum or 200 kg iron drum.

    2. Put into a clean and dry container and store in a ventilated and dry warehouse.

    3. This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.
