Description and applications
This product has excellent high temperature performance and water repellent and moisture resistant performance and good electrical insulation properties, arc corona resistance performance. Its weather resistance and chemical stability is also very good. This product has high hardness, high gloss, high anti-yellowing performance after totally cured (≥ 3H).

Curing method

Cured in high temp.

20mins in 250℃, 15mins in 270℃, 10mins in 280℃
Attentions

a. The diluted solvent shall not contain water, pyridine and impurities containing sulfur compounds, otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dry and other properties.

b. During the production process, there will be a large number of xylene and other flammable and explosive, toxic solvents volatile out, should keep the place ventilation, strictly avoid the fire source. Operator should pay attention to labor protection.

c. Keep the equipment and package be clean. To prevent dust, water and others.

d. Acid, alkali, salt of organic acid and amine compounds have accelerated curing effect on this product, and affects heat resistance and electric properties. Therefore, this product should be kept in strict isolation from these substances.

Storage and package

Shelf life is half a year.
