Waterborne glazing oil

Waterborne glazing oil is composed of synthetic resin and water of two parts of 45% synthetic resin and 55% water.
(1): the main agent film forming resin, film forming material polishing agent usually synthetic resin effect of drying, adhesion, gloss, etc. glazing quality.
(2) auxiliary agent:
1) curing agent, improved film-forming aqueous main agent, enhancing strength film of poly;
2) surfactant, reduces surface tension, improve the leveling;
3) defoaming agent, control foaming, stythe eye of a needle, orange peel, pitting;
4) desiccant, increase the glazing drying rate, increase printing adaptability;
5) adhesives, increase light oil printing adhesion;
6) wetting dispersant, prevent sticky dirty improve wear resistance;
7) plasticizers, improve the folding properties.
(3) solvent dispersion and dissolution of synthetic resins, additives, water is the main ingredient (can add some alcohol, improve drying performance).
