  • Oligomer

    Oligmer is also known as prepolymer, is the most basic component UV glazing oil. It is the film, the nature of its performance on the curing process and curing film plays an important role. Look from the structure, oligomer are all low molecular C=C resin containing unsaturated double bond, mostly for acrylic resin. At present, commonly used in the UV glazing oil oligomer with epoxy acrylic resin, poly ammonia lyase acrylic resin and polyester acrylate resin etc.. Epoxy acrylic resin has the characteristics of fast curing speed, cheap price, made of varnish coating on paper or cardboard, so that it has good mechanical strength and chemical resistance and high. Polyurethane acrylic resin has good flexibility, strong elasticity and gloss is high, but the price is more expensive, often mixed with epoxy acrylic resin used. Polyester acrylate resin with low viscosity, good flexibility, the price is cheaper. Because of its non absorbent substrate such as plastic and metal adhesion is good, so often used in this type of material polishing oil, usually mixed with other resins are used, sometimes can be used as varnish thinners, used to adjust the epoxy acrylic resin and polyurethane acrylate resin viscosity.
