IOTA M6020 Series – Liquid Silicone Rubber Without Secondary Vulcanization

The IOTA M6020 Series is a two-component addition-cure liquid silicone rubber that uses a platinum catalyst system. It achieves the required performance without the need for secondary vulcanization, significantly enhancing production efficiency.

Accurate 1:1 mixing ratio – easy to blend and operate.
Environmentally friendly and safe – VOC content is below 0.5%, certified by BfR, FDA, and RoHS; suitable for food contact and infant care applications.
Fast curing – cures 2mm thick products in 90 seconds at 130 °C or 45 seconds at 150 °C, reducing production cycles.
Excellent performance – easy demolding, high mechanical strength, with both elasticity and weather resistance.

Applications include baby products (pacifiers, teething toys), food-grade sealing rings and containers, medical consumables, seals for wearable devices, and precision injection molded components.
