Product Introduction – IOTA FLSR8400 Series Two-Component Addition-Curing Liquid Fluorosilicone Rubber

The IOTA FLSR8400 series is a two-component liquid polymer material, based on vinyl-containing fluorosilicone polysiloxane as the base rubber, combined with a silane-hydrogen-containing low-molecular-weight fluorosilicone polysiloxane crosslinker. It is reinforced with fillers and cured using a platinum-catalyzed addition curing system.

This product features excellent high and low temperature resistance, capable of withstanding extreme temperature environments. It offers outstanding oil resistance, electrical insulation, and chemical stability, enabling long-term stable performance under harsh conditions. It cures rapidly with a short processing cycle and operates within a wide temperature range (-60℃ to 250℃).

Its main applications include oil-resistant sealing parts and insulating components in the automotive, marine, aerospace, and power electrical industries. Extended applications include waterproof components for consumer electronics, elastic parts for wearable devices, and corrosion-resistant consumables in the medical and healthcare fields.

As a two-component liquid system, it offers high processing flexibility and is compatible with various techniques such as injection molding and casting. The solvent-free, environmentally friendly formulation meets safety standards for medical and wearable applications. The platinum curing system is efficient and safe, significantly shortening production cycles.

Standard packaging is sealed drums, with optional pre-measured two-component kits available. Storage requires protection from light and moisture, with temperatures kept below 25℃. The product has a shelf life of 12 months.
