    IOTA H21600 Polycarbosilane Adhesive

    Product Features: Medium-temperature curing, short curing time, excellent heat resistance.
    Product Description: Solvent-free, gray, two-component system.

    • Component A: Base adhesive

    • Component B: Filler

    • Mixing ratio A:B = 1:1.5~2
      Applications: Suitable for bonding and sealing between metals, ceramics, or composite materials, and for preparing high-temperature resistant coatings.
      Packaging: Supplied in plastic containers ranging from 0.5L to 10L according to customer requirements.

    Technical Parameters:
    Color: Gray
    Viscosity: 3000~4000 cp

    Performance:

    • Suitable for bonding quartz materials

    • Bond strength at room temperature: >10 MPa

    • After aging at 1000°C for 15 minutes, shear strength at room temperature: >10 MPa

    Curing Conditions:
    Curing temperature: 170~200°C

    Storage:
    Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 1 year.
