Newsprint production decline

According to association statistics, in 2013 the domestic production of 3.6 million tons of newsprint, 110,000 tons of imported newsprint, the annual consumption of 3.62 million tons. Statistics provided by the Press and Publication Administration is the publishing of newspapers 2013 1915 kinds, total print sheet 209 784 000 000, equivalent to the amount of 4.825 million tons of paper, a decrease of 5.12%.
According to statistics, from January to September 14 domestic production of about 2.48 million tons, down about 11%; that data from Customs, from January to September a total of 36,700 tons of imported newsprint, down 62.14%, total exports 7.10 tons, an increase of 42.49%; September 1 to the apparent consumption of about 2.45 million tons, down about 14%.
Based on the above data published in this newspaper and the amount of analysis, we expect the 2014 annual newsprint production decreased by about 11% compared to last year, the total production of about 3.2 million tons, about 50,000 tons of imports and exports of about 9 tons, the total annual consumption is estimated to be about 3.16 million tons, down about 12.7%.
