Dow Corning's third-quarter net income jumped

Dow Corning Corporation yesterday announced 2014 third-quarter earnings report, net income was $ 176 million, surged 49 percent from a year earlier. Adjusted net income amounted to $ 318 million, representing an increase of 58 percent over the same period last year. Adjusted net income excluding derivative contracts by one, a number of long-term sales agreements and associated with the outer capitalized on tax benefits arising from loss.
Dow Corning's sales for the first three quarters this year, $ 4.54 billion, net income of $ 476 million, respectively, an increase of 10% and 78% over the previous year.
