High Mechanical Strength: Products retain stable mechanical properties and excellent durability in both compression molding and extrusion processes.

Models & Specifications:
The IOTA 85 Series includes four common models:

HTV-8550, HTV-8560, HTV-8570, HTV-8580
Appearance: clean white, suitable for various production needs
Hardness: 50–80 Shore A, covering soft & elastic to hard & strong
Density: HTV-8570 = 4.15 g/cm³; others = 1.35–1.48 g/cm³
Tensile Strength: up to 6.0 MPa
Elongation at Break: up to 380%
Tear Strength: 12–14 kN/m

Curing Method:

Peroxide curing
Formula: 1.0% of 50% peroxide (DBPMH)
Process: press cure at 175℃ for 5 minutes → produces 2 mm thick compliant samples
Simple processing suitable for mass production
Note: For products with special heat resistance requirements, perform testing and evaluation before large-scale use

Packaging & Storage:

Packaging: 20 kg per carton, convenient for small or large-scale production
Storage: unopened products stable at room temperature for 1 year
Recommended usage: within 6 months from production date for optimal performance
Beyond 6 months: extend mixing time before use
Store in a dry, cool, shaded area, avoiding direct sunlight
Products past shelf life can be used only after performance verification
