Remembering History, Striving for the Future —— Company Organizes Viewing of the 80th Anniversary Victory Parade of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression

In the long river of history, there are moments that shine with profound significance and become eternal memories for a nation and its people. September 3, 2025, is such a day worth remembering for all Chinese —— the grand military parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War was held at Tiananmen Square in Beijing. This parade was not only a deep tribute to that turbulent yet glorious period of history, but also an important occasion to showcase our nation’s defense strength and indomitable spirit to the world.

In response to the call of the times, to further patriotic education, and to enhance employees’ sense of national pride and responsibility, the company thoughtfully organized all employees to watch the live broadcast of this inspiring military parade. This initiative aimed to provide a valuable platform for employees to study history, appreciate the spirit of the era, and draw motivation for progress. During the parade, 45 formations passed through Tiananmen Square in impeccable order and high spirits, receiving inspection from the Party and the people. The marching formations featured a striking contrast of “old and new.” Veterans from historic anti-Japanese units — such as the Eighth Route Army, New Fourth Army, Northeast Anti-Japanese United Army, South China guerrilla forces, and militias from former anti-Japanese base areas — carried with them the indelible memory of the resistance, embodying the unyielding fighting spirit of revolutionary predecessors. Meanwhile, formations representing the new structure of military forces highlighted the achievements of reform and modernization, showcasing the fresh image of the people’s army in the new era.

The display of equipment was equally thrilling. Advanced weaponry was organized into combat-ready formations, covering ground operations, naval operations, air defense and missile defense, information warfare, unmanned combat, logistics support, and strategic strike units. Some strategic assets from land, sea, and air, along with hypersonic precision systems, unmanned platforms, and counter-unmanned technologies, were unveiled to the public for the first time. Highly digitalized and intelligent, these weapons embodied the cutting edge of China’s defense science and technology, demonstrating the armed forces’ ability to adapt to the evolving forms of modern warfare and to secure victory in future conflicts. The aerial formations were also spectacular, as fleets of advanced early-warning aircraft, fighters, bombers, and transport planes roared across the sky, underscoring the leapfrog development of China’s air combat capabilities.

Employees watched with full concentration, captivated by every stirring moment of the parade. As the rousing military music played and the synchronized footsteps resounded, their eyes remained fixed on the screen, as if they were personally present at the breathtaking scene.
