Yongxiu, Jiujiang: “One-stop” government services boosting organic silicone industrial cluster

Yongxiu County in Jiujiang has launched the “One Thing, One-Time” reform for the organic silicone industry. The reform integrates 53 approval items from 25 departments and categorizes them into five key service sections—such as investment, start-up, construction, operation, and exit. By streamlining procedures, the materials list has been reduced by 43% and processing times cut by more than 75%. Both a physical service zone and a digital application system have been established, creating a more efficient and enterprise-friendly environment that supports rapid development of the local silicone cluster.
