In the field of high-performance materials, epoxy-modified silicone resin IOTA 6063-55 stands out for its excellent properties. It offers resistance to both high and low temperatures, water repellency, moisture resistance, and electrical insulation. Once cured, it achieves a hardness of ≥2H, high gloss, and can withstand temperatures of up to around 600 °C.

Its technical specifications are equally impressive: clear appearance, viscosity of 50–100 seconds (Tu-4 cup), solid content of 55 ± 1%, surface dry at room temperature, and fully cured after 20 minutes at 250 °C. It also boasts excellent heat resistance and an epoxy value of 0.02–0.07.

In terms of application, it serves as a base resin for high-temperature coatings, specialty coatings, and H-class insulation coatings. It is packaged in 200 kg iron drums, with a shelf life of one year. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light, and away from heat and open flames.
