At present, it is seldom used in the production practice, the high performance of the polymer reactive dyes wet rubbing fastness is very rare. To this end, we designed and prepared a kind of silicone modified cationic polyurethane with moderate chemical activity, low molar mass and soft touch, and the main application performance of the additives was evaluated.
By changing the dosage of amino silane coupling agent, the activity of the polyether type polyurethane with different isocyanate was obtained, and the samples with different active sealing efficiency were obtained. Promoter activity terminated rate is high, the crosslinking is stronger, the thermosetting in fiber film elasticity, strength, continuous adhesion and stronger, for dyed textiles wet rubbing fastness to enhance the ability of natural increase. When the amount of silane coupling agent is 13.1%, the wet rubbing fastness of textiles can be promoted by 1-1.5. In fact, with the increase of the content of silane coupling agent, there will be more silicone link is enriched on the surface of the polymer film, the hydrophobic interaction, so as to further enhance the wet rubbing fastness of the fabric; however, if silane coupling agent sealing end rate is too high, in the skin surface distribution of silicone link will continuously, resulting in a sharp deterioration of the hydrophilic nature of the skin.
In addition, silicone chain introduced should help to improve textile soft; but on the other hand, crosslinking properties of silane coupling agent may deteriorate textile softness. Therefore, the effect of silane coupling agent on the softness of the fabric is more complex.
