Water-based silicone resin IOTA 6830S

Product description:

This product has excellent high and low temperature resistance. Its weather resistance and chemical resistance are also excellent. After complete curing, this product has high hardness, high gloss, good fullness, and good resistance to yellowing at high temperatures. IOTA 6830S can be widely used in high-temperature resistant coatings, temperature-resistant non-stick coatings for kitchen appliances and basic resins for special coatings. This product is recommended for baking paint.

Acid value mg KOH/g: 15~30

Viscosity (apply 4 cups): 25~70s

Instructions:

First add 3-3.3% of the resin content of dimethylethanolamine to neutralize and then add about 70% of the total resin content of water.

Precautions:

High-temperature baking and curing is recommended, the optimal baking temperature is 200~250 degrees;

Recommended baking temperature and time: 200 degrees for 30~40 minutes, 250 degrees for 20~25 minutes;

It is recommended to use water-based additives. This product can add up to 150% water of the total resin content.
