  • Silicone oxynitride adhesive IOTA R3800
    Product characteristics: Room temperature curing, short curing time, certain toughness, temperature resistance 600-800℃

    Product description: Three-components, silicone oxynitride adhesive

    Application: Be used for bonding and sealing between metals, ceramics or composite materials, preparing high temperature resistant coating materials.

    Packing: 0.5L~10L plastic drum or customized according to customer requirements

    Appearance: gray black, no solvent

    Viscosity: 8000cp

    Performance index:

    Tensile shear strength at room temperature> 2.5MPa

    Tensile shear strength at 400℃>1.3MPa

    Tensile shear strength at 600℃>1MPa

    600℃ Nitrogen (N2) atmosphere for 10min, weight loss <10%

    Curing conditions: operating time 30 minutes, curing process: room temperature, 5~7 days

    Storage: The shelf life of curing agent is 1 year; After the curing agent is unsealed, its validity is affected by the protection measures, the validity  is about 8 months at dry and cool place. The shelf life of the adhesive is 18 months.

     

    Note: The curing agent is placed for a long time, and ammonia gas will overflow when the cap is opened. It is best to use it in a ventilated environment.
