  • High temperature resistant silicone adhesive IOTA R2400

    Product characteristics: room temperature curing, short curing time; high toughness, elongation around 5%; temperature resistance 400 ℃

    Product description: Two-components, silicone adhesive

    Application: Be used for bonding and sealing between metals, ceramics or composite materials

    Packing: 0.5L~10L plastic drum or customized according to customer requirements

    Technical index:

    Appearance: red, no solvent

    Viscosity: about 15000cps

    Performance index:

    Room temperature tensile strength >1MPa

    400℃ tensile shear strength>0.2MPa

    400℃N2 atmosphere for 10min, weight loss <10%

    Curing conditions: room temperature 5~7 days

    Storage : The shelf life of curing agent is 1 year; After the curing agent is unsealed, its validity is affected by the protection measures, the validity  is about 8 months at dry and low temperature condition. The shelf life of the adhesive is 1 year

     

    Note: There may be partial structured for the adhesive for a long time storage, it can be used after three rolls remixing. Ammonia gas will overflow when the cap is opened for a long time storage. It is best to use it in a ventilated environment.
